• Co-ordinate all activities to ensure each aspect of the project is implemented to the agreed schedule
• Maintain a progress report throughout the deployment ensuring that all parties are aware of the project status and any issues can be addressed efficiently
• Complete a sign-off document at the end of the project when everyone is in agreement that the original proposed solution has been completed
• Undertake post-project, monthly check-up for 2 months following the deployment
